I wanted to formally thank you for the outstanding support and guidance you have provided to me over the last couple of days. You have been clear and patient throughout and your help has resulted in me feeling empowered and able to undertake a daunting and time consuming task in a much more professional and systematic manner than would otherwise have been the case!

This is to thank you for much for sending the truly wonderful Clint who, so far, appears to have changed our lives enormously for the better!

We have been having a dreadful time with our connection breaking constantly throughout the day making back-ups, as well  as work of any sort, impossible.  So far, since he left, our lives have become liveable again, to say nothing of a quick back-up for the first time!

Clint stuck with it through all the problems until he had found a solution, something no one else had been able to do and we are very deeply grateful to him.
