Focused IT was formed with the vision of providing an exceptionally high quality service to our clients. To enable this, we have recruited some of Jersey’s best customer service engineers; professionals with many years’ experience and extensive knowledge of supporting clients of all types and sizes.

Customer Service is at our very core and consequently we have redesigned the way in which IT support is delivered to clients. We can be called out for a simple emergency repair, or we can provide very much more. Our Unlimited IT Support plan is an example of how we are going further to provide the quality of service that our customers deserve. This plan offers you unlimited support for a fixed price. It includes the services for which other companies would normally charge extra. Items such as out-of-hours support, emergency cover, the labour required to perform major upgrades and routine monitoring. This will enable our people to provide the very best service to you at a reassuringly known cost.
