Warning!: Ongoing Phishing Attack
Please be aware that there is an ongoing phishing attack that is currently stealing usernames and passwords.
The attack is currently disguising itself as a OneDrive document link and will genuinely be sent from one of your contacts. It is also using real e-mail signatures to make itself look more genuine.
The attack operates like a worm, using the credentials it collects to send onto the next set of victims.
As a reminder here are steps that you should follow when you receive an e-mail:
- Make sure you ALWAYS hover over links in e-mail messages to check where they are really sending you before clicking on them
- If you do not know the sender or were not expecting the e-mail message DO NOT click any links or open any attachments
- If a link in an e-mail message takes you to a login prompt NEVER enter your username or password
- If you are unsure about an e-mail message and you do know the sender PHONE THEM
