One Drive Next Generation Client – Update now to avoid breaking the old one

It looks like Microsoft have finally finished the next generation sync client and it finally does OneDrive, OneDrive for Business and SharePoint.

The install is easy, it runs from the old OneDrive for Business application and requires the user to sign in again but should take all settings and continue to work from there. It will then remove the old application for you automatically.

The main problem is that OneDrive for Business will stop synchronizing folders to force users to run this upgrade.
